On the 4/2/2013 I logged and complaint. was told there is a 96 hour turning time. the second week I phone on a regular basis and ask please I use my Internet for business, was assured that something would be done. Monday 17/2/2013 Called the call centre and said this is now getting serious. they then put a conference call with the person assigned to my problem William. He said don't worry He will get the contractors out on Wednesday to install an antenna for me. Wednesday came I phoned again and through the call centre spoke to William he would come back to me I took his number but he does not answer his phone. Thursday I called again and William promised he would follow up and come back to me. I tried to call him in the afternoon send him an sms, still now service. It is now Friday 22/2/2013, 96 hours turning time what a joke!! so PLEASE don't you thing this is now gone far enough do you want to give me the service or not. If not I want to cancel and you can waver your cancellation fee, as you are not intrested in giving service. as you don't give the service you promised, your service is useless.
