I have been an dormant accountholder for many years. I have requested Donna Claire not to issue me with advertising materials. After my final payment some advertising materials were still send to me. As time went by this and accrued interest were added to my account. I have contacted Head Office numerous times via e-mail and had copied my Attorney as well. Donna Claire eventually had me blacklisted for some stupid amount like plus/minus R200. As I am extremely busy these things simply fall on the way side. I walked into Donna Clair 2 weekends ago and it suddenly struck me again. I complained to the Manager, a lady named Rachel. She immediately took this upon herself to set the record straight. She contacted me a week ago to inform me that they are still busy with the case and has just phoned me to inform me that my name has been cleared with the Credit Buro. I could not sort this out by myself.
