BOB say a sale is legally binding on buyer & seller - oh really!! I recently won the auction on an item & paid through paypal. Seller has withdrawn the item - which I think is unethical - & the only way to make him send the item is to take legal action!!! So much for that!!
Oh and by paying with paypal the refund has to be obtained from them.
