Damaged iPhone - Insurance claim

My iPhone was damaged on the 9th of Dec 2012. On Monday the 10th of December, I took my phone to the Autopage Somerset West branch to get it replaced. I was informed that it will take approx. one week.
After a week, I phoned the branch, only to be told that it will take another week because of the December holidays (which I accepted as an valid excuse). Week after week I was then told that they can not track the "claim process" one excuse was that the system was offline (they always promised to phone me back!!!). I then phoned on the morning of the 5th of January, left a voice-mail asking them to return my call. Later that same morning, I left a message again, asking for feedback on my insurance claim. The next morning, not knowing if their "call returning services" are working or not, I left an anonymous message to return my call - as I want to upgrade my contract and phone to a iPhone 5. Viola - the call was returned!!!
Went there yesterday again (12/01/2013). The manager(?!) assured me that he will follow up and has promised to phone me back tomorrow (14-Jan). My other calls were NEVER returned - I'm waiting to see if this is going to happen...
