Dear Sipho Mathe,

You have not responded to my message dated 23 December.

The message is as follows:

The C-section most certainly does fall within the review period in question. I had my C-section on the 20th of December 2012 - and with mandatory 6 weeks off I would not have been able to train the last week and a half in December 2012 and all of January 2013 - not to mention that I was booked off by the Fetal Assessment Centre and my doctor for the previous 6 weeks as well.

And I don't think you understand my issue regarding the missing gym visits. Vitality told me that I was short visits. My gym and I supplied Vitality with those missing visits and Vitality mysteriously "lost" 2 additional visits, keeping me short. It's foul play, just to ensure that my membership lapses so I'll sign a more expensive contract.
