Gym Membership

Please be advised that I have been informed today by Zinhle at your Vitality Department that my gym membership has been cancelled because I did not go to the gym twice before end of December 2013.
I explained to Zinhle that I was on leave in December 2013 and was on holiday and therefore did not have access to the gym - or any other virgin active gym. I also did not receive the notification that I had 2 gym visits left as I was already on leave when it was sent to my work email address and therefore was unaware of this and thought my gym memberhsip visits were up to date. i thought i was under the impression that i had all my visits on point and was just checking if all was in order when i was to my surprise advsied that i had 2 visits short.
I request that my gym membership be reactivated on the scheme that I was on before due to the above reasons.
