Worst Service from Vitality

My gym membership was cancelled after I could not train for a three month period and was out the country for 3 weeks. I had been averaging 180 visits per year over a 4 year period, but this year I couldnt because of my injuries etc.
I explained my situation and showed that I was healed and started training again, but they refused as I was 6 visits short.
Now they want doctors reports to see if their panel will agree this. This will cost me R1, 000 to get this info to them and they still will not budge.
I have activated my gym membership personally as I always train, but paying double.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
