After I left the gym last night I received this Email from vitality "Dear Antonio
Your gym benefit at Virgin Active has ended, because you did not meet the minimum number of visits required in a rolling 12-month period between 01/10/2012 and 30/09/2013" I really feel that vitality has cheated me out of my gym membership by just deactivating my membership without notifying me to catch up on my visits to the gym like they have done in the past I was under tremendous pressure at work for the last 3 months and I basicly had to work 7 days a week as well as long hours during the week so I was unable to catch up on my gym visits but I have been catching up on my gym visits over the last 3 weeks but vitality reckons it wasn't enough they
