I have recently started using my Vitality/Virgin membership so i can get fit for a challenge in November, however Vitality says i need 20 Virgin Visits by 31 August 2013 or my discount drops to 50%... I am short 3 days yet they will not compromise and assist me...
The call centre guy was find but the manager i spoke to was rude and arrogant.
I cannot see how it is that hard to help a client...
