Customers are supposed to be l loyal - one sided?

I have been a Vitality member of Discovery for 15 years. In the last 12 months i am short 3 visits to the gym and my membership is cancelled without notice. Amazingly short sighted as out of principal i shall cancel vitality and will be looking for new medical aid.
