Dear Smolin team, I'd like to lodge a formal complaint about the management and working conditions at our store. I've been working here for over four years and seven months. Recently, my manager James Masilela changed my call cycle without informing me, and I had to find out through an SMS. He also didn't tell me about discontinuing the farmhouse ice cream—I learned about that directly from the store. When I requested more hours, he said I needed to prove myself despite my long experience. Even after Henry Briggs promised to help and told James that there were vacancies in Guatemala and Sprint stores, James initially agreed to transfer me. But after weeks of me following up, he claimed the vacancies were gone and still insisted I needed to prove myself. Meanwhile, new employees are easily getting 40 hours a week. This pattern of poor communication and lack of support has created a toxic environment, and I’d appreciate your help in resolving this so I can return to a healthier workplace.
