I am trying to determine why a claim I submitted on 25 January has not been settled in full. I have phoned Discovery Health 3 times this morning. Every time I get half way through my stroy and the operator triw to assist me I get cut off. So now I am not only angry about my claim not being dealt with but i am also agitated about the lack of customer service.
also, Dr. Kassianides is listed as a health care provider on the MaPS service on the discovery health website. today I am told that this doctor pays 400% above medical aid rate and i need to pay in yet another R4000.00. Surely if he is listed as a healthcare provider, he and Discovery Health have made an agreement. and yet the doctors rooms know nothing of this apparent agreement. what the is going on???
