I logged into Discovery website to find a doctor under 'going to see a healthcare professional'. It clearly states on your disclaimer that discovery has an agreement with these healthcare doctors and only charge discovery rate and you pay them in full. I require an ophthalmologist and tracked down Dr J Lever using your site. Duly booked an appointment. Firstly his practise address has changed putting me to further stress and driving further. SECONDLY he does NOT charge discovery rate, intact his secretary, rather rude, couldn't even tell me the private cost, just told me to produce my credit card, before i had even completed his patient form and details. So I walked out of his offices. This is a shoddy reflection on Discovery, surely you govern these kind of things? This was a waste of my time, time off work, and adding to the stress of my eye condition. And further I have to start looking for another doctor. If something doesn't work, please do your clients a favor and scrap the system. I don't have time to waste in the day. This system DOES NOT WORK.
