I rejoined discovery health in September 2012 and they took forever to deliver my membership card. in January i went to a specialist Clinic and i phoned discovery health prior to visiting this health clinic i was told to pay cash at the clinic and send a claim to discovery health for my reimbursement. i sent the claim in the beginning of February 2013 and i have been following up on it ever since. i've spoken to countless different consultsnts who only ask me to resend the claim and i was promised i will get my money but upto this day i have not received it.
