Extremely poor service

I had a claim that was submitted in August 2013. It is now January 2014 and to date discovery has still not paid for the treatment. I have phoned on the 20/12/2013 when i recieived the first letter that they were handing me over to ITC for not settling the account, i then contacted Discovery immediatly to find out what went wrong and why they did not pay them. Discovery claimed to have never recieved the claim, i then confrenced a call with discovery and the doctors to where they got there nessasry docs. i was promised the account would be settled by the 24/12/2013. January i get an sms from the doctors that the account is still not paid. I contacted dicovery 9 Jan. the 16 Jan and now the 20 Jan again and still they do not get back to me. make fake promises over and over and over. promise to call me but never do. and still the claim is not settled. i never in my life have dealt with such incompetent people and now because of them im threatened to be listed on ITC when none of this is my fault... I urge anyone who would consider discovery medical aid as their preffered medical scheme, to definitely reconsider.
