I went to the doctor on 13/01/14 and discovery did not pay my full doctors account. This doctor is an preferred provider for discovery health, when i phoned the call centre they informed me that this doctor is not part of discovery and therefore they will only pay R325.21 for my specialist visit. Why do i pay R7500.00 a month for medical aid if you don't pay my doctors accounts, what do you do with my money? Resolve this or I will be moving medical aids.
