Medihelp means NO HELP

I joined Medihelp recently.
SInce joining however, I have had to deal with overwhelming incompetence.
Our doctor referred me to be admitted in hospital and to consult with a specialist.
To get authorisation for admission was another mission.
Medihelp's underwriting department's consultant Anzelle, then wanted to know if the ailment was an existing condition, wanted information about the previous doctor, etc. We provided all the information they required. We've not heard from Anzelle since. That was almost a month ago.
When we joined, they inserted about a dozen exclusions, even ailments we never had previously.
Like I said, it's been almost a month now and nobody has bothered to return or respond to calls and emails. All they do is pass the buck from the callcentre to the Ceo's office, to the brokerage department and back to the callcentre.
Medihelp is not cheap. You would expect them to at least have competent staff.
