I am a member of Medihelp Necesse, and i chose this option as i do not have a problem with going to a specific network doctor or hospital. 2weeks back i was sick and because it being a saturday my NETWORK doctor was not available i then went to my NETWORK hospital. Today i receive a bill from the doctor, then i called medihelp, after calling medihelp they tell me they only cover 80% of the claim because the doctor who helped me is a out of NETWORK doctor... after the consultant explained to me it seemed as if Medihelp only cover the building so what is the use of calling it a NETWORK hosp! to top it off i live in florida and my closest hosp is Krugersdorp this is just pathetic! *highly frustrated*
