My daugther was admitted to hospital to get grommets as an emergency procedure, I got authorization from Medihelp, and now 5 months later I receive a bill from the anaesthetist where Medihelp only paid half of the bill, I don't understand why they only paid have when my husband was admitted a month later and his bill was more and was paid in full??? I am very unhappy with Medihelp and this is not the first time this happens.
