I joined Medihelp in November 2012, Ans since then, If I have a query, Medihelp responds within minutes on Facebook, calling me back explaining everything in detail with me. I have never had any problems with them at all. My son had his tonsils removed 2 months after we joined and they covered 100%. I will spread the word as far as I can to tell everyone, If you are looking for a medical aid, Medihelp is TOPS!!!
