Medihelp is truly the most pathetic medical aid I have ever came across. It's too late for me but I hope other people will read this and think twice before joining. If you do join Medihelp, you can expect bills whenever you go anywhere - doctor, dentist, physiotherapist etc.
It's actually cheaper for me to just have a hospital plan with Discovery and pay everything cash than to be a member of Medihelp.
They refuse to pay even the most basic of medical care and if you dare post a complain or phone them they give you a bunch of legal which is pretty much a big "k you" in legal terms. THE worst medical aid ever! I have cancelled my membership and after my family and friends saw what I went through they are all also cancelling.
