I have been a Discovery Vitality member for approximately 10 years (it could be longer but I'm sure you would have more accurate records on my profile) and not once have I used any of the benefits (again I'm sure my records would reflect this). Whilst I will accept the blame for not using benefits that I am paying for, for the past couple of months I had been wondering if it is actually worth my while to remain part of Vitality and about 2 months ago I received an email that offered me a "free" baby bag for my unborn child as a "gift" from Vitality. When I went to collect my bag at Reggies Mall@Carnival I was told there hasn't been a delivery in 3 months and that I wasn't the first one to be fooled on that day as another couple had been turned away earlier in the day. Why offer your customers something you do not intend giving?? I wrote to your website where I got a responce telling me that you're investigating and will get back to me in 3 working days with reference no.3046 419 521, well that was the 17th October so thanks again for another broken promise because clearly I wont get an answer. Must I as a customer beg for this now? It'll problably cost me 2 months subscription f
