Medihelp not available when I needed help

Arrived in the hospital (and we have the Prime1hospital plan). We called the MediHelp Call centre. Why?

They say on their Website: "... Have a query or need help? Phone the Medihelp Call Centre on 086 0100 678 "

When I called 19:30 2013-11-12 I received am automated "our call centre working hours are from 8:00 until 17:00"

Can you believe it?? No option or direction for emergencies? What if I was next to the road and needed urgent help after an accident??

Oh, and the Netcare911 Hospital said Medihelp Prime1 is (all of the sudden) not a "preferred" or approved hospital for Prime1?

Lastly, Medihelp does not reply to emails. If they do, it takes weeks...

I think I will be changing to another medical aid next month.
