After my initial complaint on HelloPeter, discovery contacted me and promised to sort the issue out or at least give me a reason for not being able to pay the requested amounts for my daughters admission. Now, on this wonderful 5th Of November the issue is still not resolved and I am going to make the payments from my own pocket. Discovery, you. I have never had this much issues with any company!! I have been paying you R44400 - per year and still have make payments to hospitals admission. One would think your service will alleviate ones contributions towards medical emergencies, apparently not. I could have left you out of the loop and pay all our expenses cash. This is nothing short of daylight.
