I have been a client with medihelp for about two months now and the services that i received from
them is disappointing. a few weeks ago i injured my ankle i was in such pain that i had to be taken
to a hospital. even tho i went to a network hospital medihelp would not fully pay my doctors bill because
he was not a network doctor but it is not my responsibility to find a network doctor if i am in a network hospital. then i had to pay for my own x-rays when i went to a network hospital. what is the use of paying
a medical aid when they dont even cover your basic necessities. I am disgusted with medihelps services.
i have also sent them my termination of my membership and no one from medihelp has contacted me and
it has been 5 working days. medihelp as to be the worst medical services provide
