SARS has requested purchase history due to high expenses due to being a type 1 diabetic on insulin, when I went in they said they are not able to help me get my previous purchase history from 2008 till present. This is concerning as I used to purchase my insulin and test strips there now that SARS wants the info I cannot produce it due to MKEM Bellville not being able to help. Isn't companies supposed to hold this data on record??
