This is a complain about the VitalityHealthyFood cashback. SO the first month since activations I received cash back and all seemed fine. Then in the second month I received 750 Vitality point but no cash back. I laid a complaint and the lady said IT had some problems and they will look into it. Two days later she phoned me and said that all was sorted out and I will get my cash back. But I didn't, so I waited till the end of the month expecting it to happen then. The next month I didn't receive any Vitality point and only R16, 4 cash back with no details. I phoned again and the guy informed me that they will look into it. I told him that both March and April had problems. Ref 2818908612. Two days later I received cash back that seems to match only March. I'm really frustrated and cant spent all my time phone Vitality and asking for my cash back every month.
