Discovery calls me today to try and sell me another policy today. I explain that I am interested in this policy however I previously had a complaint regarding incorrect infomration which I was given from both DISCOVERY while in hospital and by the reception who booked me in. I asked the woman to email me the information and also if she knew of someone I can speak to regarding this issue. "thank you so much for your time, there is a 1 pager on our website if you want" Was the response I received. THE ONLY REASON I KEEP YOU PEOPLE AROUND IS BECAUSE ITS MANDATORY FROM WORK. I havent received any further correspondence from anyone other than to blame Cape Gate. I have cancelled my additional Policy with you as i REFUSE to give my hard earned money to a company who couldnt care LESS ABOUT THEIR customers.
