PNP Cashbacks not paid

PNP October spend cash back not all paid back in early Dec.

Queried in Dec, I was told it will be paid back in next pay run.

Next pay run, in mid Jan. Oct cash back still paid back.

Some of Nov PNP spend and some of Dec cash back also not paid.

This is highly irritating.
