After logging the last problem in November 2013 for my partner not receiving his Woolworths Vitality Cash Backs for 6 months despite all the calls logged up to that point - this was eventually solved at the end of 2013.
Now checking online again on Discovery's website, my partner has once AGAIN not received his Woolworths Cash Backs for the past 3 months (Nov, Dec & Jan) despite shopping for groceries at Woolworths EVERY WEEKEND - not one item has been logged in transactions and paid back!!
I logged the problem 10 days ago AGAIN (ref: 3 163 426 382) with the same person "Michaela" that dealt with it the last time and I have had no response at all since then!!
Woolworths has now been a Discovery partner for 1 year since Jan 2013 but they still have not sorted out the ongoing Cash Back problems and continue promising clients like myself that all is sorted and it won't happen again yet it continually does!!??
