Promised double cash back, never paid it

Vitality promoted Sunglass Hut by promising double cash-back on purchases in June. I spent money at Sunglass Hut and received the normal cash-back for the June purchases in in July. When I queried this a consultant said the double part would only be paid in the August cash-back run (though this was never communicated in the original promotion). Well that run has come and gone and no refund... again!
