I've recently acquired a Discovery Credit Card, link this to my Pick 'n Pay Smart Shopper card to ensure that I qualify for the healthy foods cash back benefit and accumulate vitality points for items listed on your website.
Sadly this has not been the case and I've been trying to understand where things are going wrong for close to two months.
I don't want to wait another two weeks to get told "I don't know". Please refer to your systems with the reference numbers below, investigate and get back to me with some answers.
