Still waiting for breakdown of cash back

I emailed Vitality a while back to get a proper breakdown of the Healthy Food cash back. It took a while to get a response but even that response is not what I asked for.

I need to know how the amounts have been calculated for the year so far:

Jan: Amount spent x 25% = cash back
Feb: Amount spent x 25% = cash back
Mar: Amount spent x 25% = cash back
Apr: Amount spent x 25% = cash back

I need this by the end of today please. I've been waiting long enough already.
