Not providing adequate information and rude

Good day,

I was an excited new Vitality member looking forward to all the benefits. My first purchase made at Pick and Pay I received my cash back within three days after the purchase with the Vitality products that I have bought. Then I made a purchase on the 15th and 20th again. I have not received any cash back on these purchases and decided just to follow up with Vitality. What a terrible experience!!! The consultant that answered the phone, I believe her name was Kenele was extremely rude. When I asked her what the policy is regarding the cash back payment, she said in a rude, attacking manner "it was not 30 days yet, it will only pay out in 30 days". Well excuse me for asking! This information was never provided to me when the gentleman phoned me a few months ago, being very eager to get my Vitality activated! Maybe it would have been better if this was advised to me initially or if a Vitality information guide was send to me to know were I can shop etc and when payments are made. There's a thought..
