Communication Very Bad, delivery not met

ABS asked me to fill in form to advise how often I would like to be updated on my BMW 1series and wat method. I selected a daily update via text. I have not received a single text to date. I took my car in for hail damage repair on the 5.03.13. I asked for a quote for 2 minor scratches. A week after my 1ser went in & no update received on vehicle status or quote, I called to follow up. I was promised my vehicle by the 20.03.13 and that my scratches will be incorporated into my hail damage claim. On the 19th I followed up once again to check when i can collect my vehicle wand was told that I will not have it as per schedule because it was not ready. They gave me a date of 25.03.13. On the 25th I called and was told again, it was not ready. I told the lady that this was unacceptable. Today Tuesday 26th March I called for my vehicle once a gain and was told it will only be ready on the 4th of April. These people never have an answer and promised to call back shortly with feedback, which they never do. They do not update on vehicle status.
