I have never been so disrespected in a store like this before, a whole manager they call who drops a phone call speaking to a customer pathetic service I received. I received an item that was bought for me from the store on the 19th Of March, however I ddnt like the outfit read the slip for the return policy found nothing about that on the slip then decided when I do get time I'll go back and refund. Went to the store today and wow I've never seen such service ever. The manager named Carol who was in duty was not willing to assist at first at all she advised we should call her manager, because she cannot refund as the policy says its only done within 7 days I ask where does it state then she said on their PC when they give out the slip my question was how do we see that then she saya I don't know, called Angela and Asha who they say they can only assist again they don't and just drops the call as I'm speaking after waiting for an hour to be assisted. I ended up so irritated and left they item with them, the slip and everything in the store and I hope God grant them many more years to live with my tears.
