On 3 June we took our car to Hi-Speed Panelbeaters in Centurion as this is the provider my insurance company referred me to. The only reason the car went in on the 3rd of June is because I phoned them to get a date. Apparently they are supposed to phone us to arrange the date we can bring the vehicle in but after waiting for their call for about a week I had enough. This should have been the first clue. When the car was booked in we were told that the repairs should take 5 days. Obviously I phone them 5 days later to get an update and I was told that they are still waiting for parts. During that call I was promised that they will phone the supplier to find out how long it will take and they will phone me right back. I am still waiting for this call. I phoned them every week thereafter to get an update and every week I was told that they are waiting for parts but they will give me a call back. Still no calls received. Last week I was promised the car will be ready on Thursday, when I phoned it hadn't even been spray painted yet. Again I was promised it will be ready today. Today we got the car with a dent in the door which was never there before we took it to them!!
