My vehicle was sent by the insurer (Momentum) for hail and accident repair. 2 weeks later, I was told that the vehicle was repaired. The accident damage was not touched and the hail damage only partially repaired. The vehicle remained with them for a further 2 weeks. The broker, insurer (Momentum), Sanrose and the assessors all assured me that the vehicle would be ready after that. It was not. Again the accident damage was not touched. My attempts at some redress such as a loan vehicle was not entertained. I am told the vehicle will only be ready (I'm not holding my breath) on Wednesday. No apologies were offered. Curiously, the car was sent to Sanrose by Momentum in spite of the initial quote and assessor's inspection taking place at a different and reputable panelbeater. Why is Momentum using a substandard service supplier?
