No Feedback on delay in vehicle repairs

My new car was taken for hail damage repair last year.
After 2 MONTHS of fixing (with feedback provided only when I called them), I received it back with damage interior, seats, roof-lining and scratches to windows and body of the car. The bonnet guard on my car was also not put back. Not looking as it was before the hail damage!

Because I complained about the non-feedback during the time my car was in the body shop, I was assigned a repair consultant to deal with my request during the repair (not helping much as I am still not kept informed on progress!!!).

Now it is March 2013, almost 3 months since I received my car back in a damaged condition. Last I heard (from the accessor on 1 February 2013!) was that the parts would be ordered and I would be called to bring my vehicle in for repair.
Up to date the DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE REPAIRERS (Global Hail) is still not fixed and I have no idea when this will happen!
I have received notification that my premium will increase by R300!!! (this they did without me having to call myself!!!) If I got service, I might understand the increase... But my car still not repaired!!! STILL NO UPDATES!
Unacceptable!!!
