Poor Service Delivery

Telesure advised me to take my vehicle to Auto Magic for repairs due to accident insurance claim. Car was dropped off with Auto Magic on Monday 13 May 2013, was advised verbally and via text message that vehicle will be ready on Friday 17 May 2013. On Friday did not receive any correspondence from Auto Magic. When my wife called them at 2pm she was advised that Kia had delivered the wrong bumpers only on Friday therefore car was not going to be ready. Nobody called us to advise us of this delay. We had the inconvenience of having no vehicle for the weekend. Telesure played the blaming game and said Auto Magic should have supplied a courtesy vehicle, however at 16:30 on Friday 17 May 2013 Auto Magic did not answer their phones. Nobody corresponded with us until this morning when my wife received a text message to state that the vehicle is ready for collection. This is unacceptable and the service and turn around time by Auto Magic is pathetic. Plus there is definitely no customer service yet we were forced to use Auto Magic by Telesure.
