On Sunday, the 3rd of December, I went to Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria to purchase a few goods. When I got to the till, the cashier informed me that I couldn't use my card for the purchase, possibly because my card was old. She then proceeded to call customer care to find out what the issue was. However, while doing so, she was also packing hangers and kept missing the instructions on the call. This went on for 5 minutes. I had my 3-year-old with me and decided to let him sit on the counter as it was taking forever to reach customer care she then turned around and told me that I should take my child off the counter as she had just wiped it. She was very unprofessional and rude I decided to leave the store at that moment.
