Engagement ring purchased on the 15th July 2023, poor quality rose gold/material caused a bend in an unusual place, diamonds have fallen out on the 29th January 2024.
Further, the ring supposedly could not be sized and has to be placed on special order, so I had to wait... But returned with a silver line at the bottom, but the ring is rose gold???
The ring was sent to Stern repairs... for a quote. But they can't quote as they can't repair the ring because they can't give a warranty on the repairs done and can't guarantee that this won't happen again.
I will ensure that nobody I know supports STERNS for as long as I'm alive.
And I won't leave it here either. I will post all the complaints as well as mine on every social media platform. The product as well as the service received sucks!!
