My vehicle was sent in on the 12th of November to Global Hail damage for the damage that has occured during September 2012.The vehicle was moved in December without me being informed which caused confusion as no one knew where they have moved the vehicle, eventually we found that it was moved to Boksburg Auto. On collection of my vehicle in January I was told that the Assessor will first anylise the vehicle, which did not happen. The vehicle was over sprayed, doors did not lock, windows did not close, everything electrical related was one big mess. The vehicle was taken back I was left 2 days without transport. In March I was promised that the vehicle would be ready, which was sent back to the place who messed it up in the first place (Santam insisted). I've been told I can be glad I have transport which infact is not my problem because I did not mess up the car and took the rental option on my Insurance. What amazes me is the fact that I've spent over R15000.00 on a car which I dont have. The car was originally black and now its even a different colour. I've lost alot of value in that car.
