Spent over 4 hours waiting for a doctor to have a look at my daughter’s leg that was bruising as we were waiting. The doctor on duty’s attitude was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. I kept telling the nurses after having waited for over 3 hours that all we need is for the doctor to have a Quick Look and advise whether we should stay or leave. The doctor kept ignoring me and making excuses. When I eventually said that I was leaving and that I will report this behaviour, we were stopped by one of the nurses in the parking lot to tell us the doctor will see us. I wasn’t prepared to waste another minute having been treated like we were bothering them. Such incompetence or laziness is what we experienced.
