I have vehicle which is insured by fnb insurance on the 28/11 my vehicle was damage by the hail. On the 29/11 contact fnb insurance department speak yolande markham advice her vehicle damage by hail and cannot drive it. Told me that I need to get quotes from two different panel beater before can submit claim, told her can drive vehicle as windscreen is badly damage, told that panel beater in roodepoort area who will come thru to do quote, I contact panel beater advice they will not be able to come out need to take the vehicle to them. I sent emails thru to yolande call her advice her cannot find panel beater who cannot come thru to do quote and due damage on vehicle is not safe driving vehicle. I ask if yolande if I can fix windscreen and what the procedure with such matter all dhe told me to take policy number go to pg glass they will help me. She to explain the process if I claim for windscreen will pay excess for windscreen alone and again, for rest of car. On the 03/12 email quote to yolande she never response on my emails but no response from her or fnb. I contact fnb insurance yesterday receive confirmation email that someone will contact me but until today no one had contact
