My husband, JWS Tait, had a policy in his name with the above-mentioned number. He passed away in May 2023, and I visited your offices in Bloemfontein. The consultant at the office told me that this policy does not exist. Can you please assist me in this matter? To my knowledge, the policy was made paid up and not cancelled by anyone.
