I got the nr in the neighbour wood news papers. I phone the guy and asked him how much will it cost to move a 3 bedroom house. He said to me R1200.00. I told him I will get back to him which I did and accepted the quote. They moved my furniture on Thursday the 21 st of March. Nobody told me that the quote was per trip. The one guy came to me and told me that they will have to do 2 trips and didn't tell that it is going to cost extra. I asked them if they have enough blanket to cover my appliances and they said yes. When we arrived on the other side with the first load I saw that they have damaged my fridge. I asked them what are the going to do about it and I was told to phone Elias. He asked me if I have already paid his guys and I said no and I am not going to pay them in full and then only the told me that it was per trip. Elias said that he will arrange on Monday to get it fixed. I phoned him on Monday and said he will get back to me. I had to phone him now again and then he told me that I didn't take there insurance but nobody mentioned it to me. He said he is busy looking for someone to fix it. I am still waiting for his answer.
