Will never take another car there!!!
Sent our company vehicle in for reapers on the 15th April 2013 and was promised to that I would have it back on the 26th April 2013. This vehicle is a working vehicle and when it's not on the road we make no money and thus our guides make no money thus they can't put food on the table for their families. So as I was promised that I would have the vehicle back on the 26th April 2013 I booked it to work from the 27th April 2013, on the 25th April I called dent doctor Randburg only to find out that our vehicle was nowhere near ready to be collected. I have guests booked on safari from 27th April 2013 now with no vehicle for them. I gave called dent doctors head office and they were no help all I got out of them was um and ah's and they said to me that they will do try and get it ready for the 30th April 2013, today is the 30th April 2013 and still we have not got our bus back. We did get a call from Dent Doc Randburg saying that the vehicle might be ready on the 3rd May 2013 what a joke!!!
