I PURCHASED MY KIA PICANTO AT MULTIFRANCHISE MIDRAND, AND COLLECTED IT ON 28/06/2013... I DID THE SALE WITH TIM.ON THE 1/07/2013 TIM ARRANGED FOR THE PANELBEATERS TO COLLECT THE CAR FROM ME SO AS TO ENSURE ALL THE NECESSARY REPAIRS, & SMASH N GRAB (SNG), & VALET WAS DONE, AS THIS WAS NOT DONE BY THE 28/06/2013, AS INITIALLY AGREED. I ONLY RECEIVED MY CAR BACK ON THE 3/07/2013. ONLY TO FIND THE VALET WAS NOT DONE, AND THE SNG WAS DONE JUST BEFORE DELIVERY ON THE 03/07/2013, WHICH RESULTED IN THE SNG BEING DAMAGED.WHEN THE CONTRACTORS CAME TO HAVE A LOOK AT THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE FOR THE SNG, IT WAS CLEAR THAT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE DEALERSHIP AND CONTRACTOR IS SOMETHING TO BE QUESTIONED! I AM TOTALLY AT THE WAY OR THE SERVICE I AM RECEIVING FROM POINT OF COLLECTION OF MY CAR. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY SPARE KEY, ROADWORTHY DOCS, & LICENSE DISC! THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE A LONG TIME AGO! PLEASE UNDERSTAND I HAVE ALL CALLS BETWEEN MULTIFRANCHISE & MYSELF RECORDED, & I HAVE NO PROBLEM IN TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER SHOULD I NOT GET THE DESIRED RESULTS ASAP! I AM DONE RUNNING AFTER PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO BUSINESS ETHICS OR PRINCIPLE!!! TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY & SORT THIS MESS OUT
