I would like to compliment Rico Lupini for the manner in which he dealt with me. On purchasing a demo vehicle from Thorp Delta, they offered me a laughable trade-in value. I therefore visited a few second hand car dealerships to see what offers I might receive. Rico offered me the price I was asking and dealt with the entire transaction in the most accommodating and professional manner. He is a true gent and I will recommend him to all family friends. He even offered his driver to take me and collect my new vehicle. I have sold a few cars over the years and have never experienced such a high level of service before.
